Conference under the patronage of the Ministry of Information Technologies in Saransk, Russia on 10-11 February
SEC “Navigator Technology” attended the interregional conference in Saransk organized by the Ministry of IT/Communications held in Saransk on 10 and 11 February 2005. The purpose of the conference was to update on the latest activities within the realization of Federal Program “Electronic Russia”.
