| Since its formation in 1999, Russian company Navigator (Stand G47) has become a major OEM supplier of telematics-based vehicle management systems, providing the building blocks for automatic vehicle location systems, control centre technology and invehicle tracking units.
At the World Congress, Navigator is showing examples of its wide-ranging portfolio of mobile telematics units, including the MT-8000 and the MT-7003T Thuraya/GSM mobile telematics units.

Navigator is also highlighting its Navi-ASTRA fleet control programme, powerful, yet user-friendly, control centre software that runs over LAN/WAN interface.
Among its many functions, Navi-ASTRA continuously analyses incoming information from mobile telematics units. It can detect any abnormal conditions (sensortriggered alerts, movement outside geofenced boundries and other exceptional events) and issue alerts for dispatcher intervention or action.
